  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the return form is included inside.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
